Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TAFSA)

Students qualifying for state residency under House Bill 1403/Senate Bill 1528 are eligible to apply for state financial aid. To apply for state aid, you must first find out if the school that you are/will be attending accepts the Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA). Appendix A which lists the schools that accept the TASFA is found in the Instructions document. (this is found on the website link below)

Students may complete, save and then print the application. Once printed, students must include the appropriate signatures on the application and mail it directly to the college. A checklist with important reminders is included in the Instructions document.

For more information please click on the following website: http://www.aie.org/State/TASFA/  or check out the "Your Guide to the TAFSA" videos posted below.
